Show up for yourself before showing up for others is a concept I learned from my friends Pete and Jen. When we spend time feeding our hunger to be our true selves, we get to act with more intention, generosity, and love.
It's a circle of energy.
And, when Guilt shows up to intervene and say, "you have to put others first". Tell Guilt that's not fair.
You're in charge.
